Improved Results for Organizations and Individuals

Our Approach to Strategic Planning

Our process involves several elements which guarantee a successful outcome. Each person who will be involved, whether it be one owner or several members of a management team, receives a 30 minute personal orientation. A text is distributed which identifies the topics below and provides a common basis of knowledge for all involved. Workbooks are also distributed in which each person answers questions concerning the topics listed. Any pre-work is identified at this time so there is plenty of time to prepare before the process starts.

The format may be a 2-3 day retreat away from the business or a series of 1/2 days uninterrupted sessions during the work week. Follow-up sessions are scheduled to wrap up additional work, adjust the plan as it evolves, and check if goals are being accomplished.

The deliverable is a written operational plan with goals and action steps that guides your organization toward it's short and long range goals for the next 12 months. It identifies necessary and sufficient objectives and strategies that formulate your business plan, sales plan, marketing plan and budget.

The initial process takes 30-40 hours. Follow-up sessions are encouraged and scheduled according to the business' needs.

Once the plan is formulated it becomes effective by being communicated to the employees, who then implement it. Do you know your employees' attitudes toward management? Do you have a sense that they will implement the plan based on it being communicated to them? We have a tool called D.I.A.L.O.G. that will assess the overall morale and effectiveness in your company and give you some specific answers to these questions.

How can you give your employees the tools and attitudes that will make them successful? How can you help them discover additional potential to help them be even more creative and effective at what they do? How can you get results quickly and guarantee longevity of the new behaviors? We provide Developmental Workshops to stimulate 'possibility thinking' and goal achievement habits among employees, supervisors, managers and executives. For more information, click here.
