Strategic Business Planning Process
We work with the leaders in your company for 20 or more hours (retreat, ½ day, or 2-hour session format) to create consensus on each of the steps below. Our facilitation makes sure the discussion stays on track, continually moves forward, and includes everyone’s views. With our knowledge of many business models we can ask stimulating questions and provide tools that hone in deeper thinking and more creative solutions.
The deliverable is a written operational plan with goals and action steps that guides your organization toward its short and long-range goals for the next 12 months. It identifies necessary and sufficient objectives and strategies that formulate company’s monthly to-do list.
Follow-up sessions are scheduled to wrap up additional work, adjust the plan as it evolves, and check if goals are being accomplished. Follow-up sessions are encouraged and scheduled according to the business’ needs.
