Goal Buster’s A.C.E. two-part process includes:

Part 1: 4 coaching sessions, 2 sessions per month over 2 months
Content: Establish your 5 year vision, Create/Update/Refine your business plan including your marketing and sales plan, establish and prioritize your SMART goals, learn the Goal Busters process for goal achievement, get a handle on your budget, Examine how your life will be served by your business (not vice versa). Materials are included as well as coach phone/email access. And yes, there’s homework in between sessions.

Part 2: Ongoing coaching every month, 2 sessions per month
Content: Group coaching focused on staying on track with your goals. Share your successes, get your questions answered, raise your concerns, be encouraged by your peers, bounce ideas around, achieve greater clarity, be challenged for going off on tangents and not accomplishing your self-determined action steps. Set yourself up with an accountability partner for sharing between group sessions. All entrepreneurs participating in Part 2 will have been through Part 1 and will speak the same language and understand Jeri’s unique Goal Busters methodology.
