Book Discussion Groups

We believe that a leader’s mind must be constantly stimulated by new thoughts, reinterpreted ways of seeing old ideas, and new synthesized ways of putting ideas together.

Understanding and applying the knowledge from business books is a great way to keep challenging one’s mind.

Our book discussion groups are unique because you don’t have to read the book. They have been held monthly for the past three years in New York City. We provide summaries of the month’s best selling book to each registrant. At the meeting we ask questions and everyone discusses the concepts in the book and how each person applies them in her own organization. The discussion is lively and everyone gets involved. Many of the books we’ve talked about can be purchased directly from this site.

Everyone in the New York City area is invited to this open group. We’ve discussed books on strategy, sales, marketing, coaching, right and left brain usage, leadership, customer loyalty, networking, time management, handling change, etc. Please watch our calendar for upcoming dates. In 2010 we will be expanding our concept to reach people outside the New York City area.
