The VIP Intensive is a fast paced day (or half day) that’s intentionally designed around your business’ needs and your preferences. Your agenda could be strategic planning, developing a marketing plan or a culture plan, teamwork development, executive presence, understanding your assessments and maximizing your strengths, handling a particular challenge, debriefing a company assessment.

We determine the goal of the day (or half day) prior to the scheduled day. We decide who will be involved, just you the business owner, or others from your executive team, or a specific group inside your company. I pre-request the materials or pre-work that you’ll need to have available. We work together to map out a solution or plan that fits your agenda. You get the benefit of my experience focused on your need for the whole day (or half day). VIP days (or half days) can also be done virtually using Skype or other tools so that distance is most often not a factor.
