The VIP Intensive Retreat is hosted at my home in Northeast Pennsylvania. It is a 2.5 day retreat to the rolling hills just past the Poconos in Clarks Summit, PA. You get away. You get refreshed and perhaps develop a different perspective. The retreat is intentionally designed around your business needs and your preferences. Your agenda could be strategic planning, developing a marketing plan or a culture plan, teamwork development, executive presence, understanding your assessments and maximizing your strengths, handling a particular challenge, debriefing a company assessment, having a facilitated series of discussions among partners. We determine the goal prior to actual dates. We decide who will be involved, just you the business owner, or others from your executive team, or a specific group inside your company. I pre-request the materials or pre-work that you’ll need to have available. We work together to map out a solution or plan that fits your agenda. You’ll also enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains, swim in the outdoor pool and relax in the indoor hot tub. We’ll have our sessions on the deck, on the lawn or inside under the skylights. Skiing is available in the winter. Arrangements can be made for small groups for weekends or weekdays.
