Jeri Quinn, executive business coach, owned a multi million dollar information technology business for 18 years before she sold it. During the course of that business she got involved in all kinds of marketing, everything from newsletters to special events, to TV, telemarketing, direct mail, catalogs, radio, auctions, holiday fairs, promotional products and websites. She’s a master of education-based marketing and cause-related marketing. She also did marketing projects for Penn State University and the American Heart Association. She developed this Magnified Marketing program to help equip small business owners with the skills to be effective in growing their businesses.

If you’ve read this far, you’re probably saying to yourself, what is Jeri offering here? So let me be specific. This is a 5 week face-to-face group coaching program for up to 10 people. It can be a group of fellow business owners, a group from your company, or a group that I get together or unrelated individuals. There are four main values propositions.
- We focus on where you are in your marketing strategy, how to fix what needs to be fixed, and then select and prioritize the best activities for you. You reevaluate your marketing plan and make sure all the activities lead you to where you want to go. You’ll choose the most appropriate ones based on a real strategy and put them into a 28 day plan. Online, offline, social media, writing, speaking, samples, networking, following up, referrals, word of mouth, brochures, newsletters, blogs, events, promotions and lots more. It’s all considered and laid out for you to make choices based on your strategy, goals and personal strengths.
- We focus on time strategies. Most small business owners complain about not having enough time even if they knew what to do. You will explore how to better utilize and prioritize your time. What’s urgent, what’s important? What about work/life balance? What is your time worth? The question you should ask yourself about every new item that crosses your path. You’ll learn a fail-safe method of goal achievement with time targets. Marketing and Time Strategi es work beautifully together as you reevaluate your marketing in light of your overall goals and the way you make time to get your marketing actions steps accomplished. It gives you real traction for moving forward with a definite plan and bite size chunks that are easily managed. The 4 hours a week you invest in preparing for the next session preps you to continue to have ongoing strategy sessions, even when this program has concluded.
- You get a Coach. I hold you accountable, help you think bigger, empower you, ask the difficult questions, support you in your choices, help you stay focused, challenge you to examine the limits in your own thinking, provide you with the benefits of 25 years of business experience, as well as lots of current contacts in my rolodex that can help you grow your business.
- Other group members provide feedback, helpful contacts, possible joint projects, experience or observations in what you’d like to try, ongoing support, friendships that last long after the program is over.
