Why do these professional firms need a coach?
Because they need to make a business out of their skill sets.
Think back to when you went to school to learn your profession as a CPA or a creative designer, did you take courses in opening a small business, managing a staff, business development or leadership. You may be the best practitioner in the world, but if nobody knows about you…? or if nobody wants to work for you…?
Or if you’ve worked for a lifetime and have nothing of sellable value when you’re ready to retire…?
Why choose these two niches?
CPA’s who are so analytical and left brained, and Creatives who are wholistic and right brained? I was hoping you’d ask.
As a pragmatist I very much identify with the logical mind of the CPA. As a dancer I embody the passion of creative people. I help the CPA’s discover their empathy with clients and employees – creating that connection upon which client and staff loyalty is based. I help the creative people harness their passion so it can create a sustainable financially successful business. It’s all there in each firm and in each firm owner/partner. It just needs to be uncovered and drawn out. As the coach, I’m the bridge, the catalyst and the one who holds you accountable.
Do you coach anyone else?
The answer is ‘yes’. We coach a variety of individuals and companies that are referred to us or we meet while networking. Many are in professional services such as legal, engineering, insurance, financial advising, etc. Please see a complete list here.
