Individual Assessments

Our customized programs generally begin with at least one assessment, which stimulates conversation about communication, work patterns, individual difference and motivations, and contributions by various team members.  The assessments include graphs to represent data pictorially so they are more easily understood.

We’re certified to administer 3 individual assessments.

  • Attribute Index – the ‘What’ – your personal attributes, what influences the decisions you make, your master and blind spots on the choices you make, the attributes that explain internal characteristics
  • DISC Index – The ‘How’ -, how do you interact with your environment, communication, best work situation, training style, strengths and areas of improvement in work habits
  • Values Index – the ‘Why’ – what motivates you, why do you do what you do?
